AZ-BIO Clean Up & Restoration

AZ Bio Cleanup was contacted after 10pm on a Sunday night after the un-expected death of a family member.  They met me at the the home at 9am the following day.  The insurance carrier was unknown, so they contacted numerous insurance companies until they located the current Insurance Company. Assisted in submitting claim to the insurance company.  Very courteous, compassionate and professional.  AZ Bio Cleanup removed all stains from the tile floors and wood baseboard. The workers wore bio-hazard protection attire and the waste was placed in a bio hazard bag and going to be submitted to the appropriate disposal service.
Hopefully,  I won't be needing  to hire a Bio-hazard Cleanup company in the future, but if I do, I will call AZ Bio Cleanup.

AZ Bio really came through during a difficult time.  After an elderly man passed away alone and unexpectedly in a house in Tucson, I was tasked with the cleanup and remediation of the home. When I first heard, I called several companies to get their take on how to handle this step by step. Joe at AZ Bio answered the phone right away and patiently talked me through the process. He asked me questions to get a solid handle on the situation, and gave me his recommendations in order to make the process as stress free and cost effective as possible. I think it could have been a much more stressful process without his advice at the beginning. And all of this before I had even hired AZ BIO. 
Once I assessed the situation in person and got estimates on the clean up from other professional companies, AZ BIO was the clear choice based on their knowledge, professionalism and price. Joe always answers the phone when I call, and Mike led his team to excellent results. I also had them contract out a duct cleaning service which did a great job, and they even took photos for me to see the work being done since I couldn't be there. They are hard working, kind and easy to talk to. All in all I have no complaints. If only all service providers brought this level of attention and patience to their work, we'd all be better off. 
I will say in these sort of difficult situations, its important to take things one step at a time. I never felt rushed or uninformed during the process and Joe made sure I was comfortable with each step. Many Thanks to AZ BIO!!!
