We returned home from vacation and our water heater leaked which caused some substantial water damage. The insurance adjuster came out and gave us a couple of references for restoration companies. After both referred restoration companies came out and walked the areas that had been damaged I felt I needed another non-biased opinion. My wife found ASAP online and said they had very good reviews. I called Josh with ASAP to see if he would come out and give me a quote. Josh arrived the same day I called him and began taking moisture readings, taping off the damaged areas, taking pictures and measurements (the other companies only took measurements) . It was clear that the companies the insurance company referred were going to work off the insurance companies prepared scope. On the other hand, the information Josh was gathering was to put together a scope that fixed the damage. As with most water damage situations, the real concern is the damage you can't see behind and within the walls. With two young kids I didn't want to take any chances with the potential risk of mold. Josh walked me through what he looks for, showed me the moisture readings (which was 100% in many areas) and helped me understand the water mitigation process. After Josh was finished with his inspection, I knew he was the right restoration company for me and my family. Josh's interest is making sure you as the customer is taken care and the job is done right. Josh and his crew did a great job and finished as quickly as the insurance process allowed. If I ever have any restoration needs, Josh will be my first and only call.

From the very beginning I knew that I had found the right
company. The owner described the whole process to me and had the whole project
set up and completed less than a week of my call.

My significant build back was completed in one day.  The employees that came to my condo
were on time, professional and highly skilled.  My kitchen looks exactly the same as before the damage.  I can never tell it happened in the
first place and am so satisfied to have my home back the way it was.  The bonus is that the refrigerator that
leaked actually fits better in the cabinetry than before the water leak.

I would recommend this company to anyone without exception.

ASAP Restoration sets the bar in customer service and quality workmanship.  We have worked with them twice, once on undisclosed mold and related reconstruction in our new home in 2011 and again in 2015 to investigate an unrelated potential issue.  For both engagements, Josh went above and beyond during the quoting process to get us information we needed, reaching out to other service providers to get us holistic inputs and set our expectations.  In the 2011 emergency, Josh instructed his team to begin work immediately once we agreed on the scope, working until well after midnight, maintaining the high level of customer service and outreach throughout.  A few years later when we were searching for the corresponding photo evidence, Josh
personally spent hours digging through his files to find what we needed.
While we did not end up needing work done in 2015, Josh was nonetheless prompt, responsive (same day in-person quote) and thorough in his evaluation, calling us the same evening with additional information for us to consider.
Josh and the ASAP team are the first contractor we would call for any future issue in their area of expertise.

I had a wonderful experience with ASAP Restoration. The owner, Josh, was incredibly prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable, and he was my contact person throughout the entire process from mitigation through reconstruction. He made my emergency a priority and had a mitigation team at my home within three hours of my initial call. They stayed until 2:30 in the morning to do a quality job getting everything set for the drying phase. Josh then spoke with me regularly to help me understand the insurance process, troubleshoot the problems that arose with my air conditioner, and explain my options along the way. He had a great team of professionals get my house put back together quickly - I cannot say enough great things about my experience with this company! Each person I met from ASAP was friendly, knowledgeable, patient (I ask a lot of questions?), hard working, skilled, and trustworthy. You can?t tell that I ever had an issue with water damage in my walls or ceiling ? they did such a great job with reconstruction. This company is truly top-notch! 

We had a minor plumbing issue that put enough water on our upstairs bathroom floor to penetrate the flooring and ceiling beneath. Within 5 hours Josh from ASAP had a crew in the house removing the affected materials and installing dehumidifiers and fans. We were impressed by the confidence, competence, responsiveness and how available Josh is to customers and so we also contracted with his company to do the put-back on everything. We ended up with a ceiling and bathroom that look better than before the incident. We're very pleased with the service. I will add that Josh is very, very good at interceding for clients with the insurance company. He's not going to let an insurer push him around and short-change you, the customer.

Josh and his crew at ASAP are awesome!  I live out of state and was worried about having someone trustworthy deal with a massive sewage backup from a main line in a condo rental unit I own.   Josh was out on the scene within an hour of my call and kept me personally informed & updated every step of the way.  He was incredibly patient in dealing with issues with the condo association & the master insurance policy which were responsible for the repairs.  He went out of his way to make sure everything was repaired above and beyond what was required.  It was clear that our satisfaction was of the utmost priority to him and I truly appreciate that!!

When we walked into our rental property after our last renter left and saw that the base boards were coming away from the walls and
the paint was peeling or bubbling in 4 areas of our home, our hearts dropped.  Upon a closer examination, we were seeing a dark substance under the paint and were sure that we had mold.  We knew we would have to call in a remediation company to come in.  And we
didn?t know what to expect or how long things would take.  Timing was extremely important to us as we were planning on moving back into the property on a temporary basis and had a strict timeline to adhere to.

My husband had located ASAP Restoration through Angie?s List.  We contact them to come out to review the situation and determine what steps would have to be taken.  Josh Rudin had come out to assess the situation.  Throughout the entire process, from assessment to completion, Josh and the ASAP team were absolutely amazing.  They truly lived up to their name and stand by their work.  Josh was very good at explaining things in layman?s terms, was extremely responsive and constantly followed up with us to make sure we understood what was going on and to see if we had any questions.  Josh was able to meet our timelines so that we could move into the house.  He took pictures of everything throughout the process so that we could see what had occurred.

ASAP Restoration lives up to their name.  They are quick, but they also ensure that no corners are cut.  Josh is a very honest and trustworthy businessman who knows this business inside and out - from the actual damage to the insurance and claims side of this business.  And if there is anything that did not get completed as anticipated, he and his team will ensure that anything as deemed
under the original contract is taken care of.

Josh & his team was onsite the same day I called him and were able to complete the tear out within 24 hours.  Throughout the process, Josh was very educational and communicated appropriately.  Where there were options for the homeowner to decide, he did a great job of giving me options, with a complete explanation.  They did a great job of coming in to a crisis, taking control to remedy the situation, without being pushy or overbearing.

Joshua from ASAP Restoration arrived at the end of the regular workday and immediately assessed our problem, then had his crew out within a couple of hours to get the demolition done that night. He works fast and does a thorough job. Would recommend for any restoration job and would use again if necessary.

We are out of state owners of a rental property in Scottsdale.  In October our renter called us worried about what she believed was a mold problem.  She said mold was growing out of the bathroom thru the cinder block construction onto the side of the house.  Our realtor referred us to ASAP Restoration.  After we called and left a message (on a holiday) Josh returned our call almost immediately, he then made an appointment with our renter to be at the home at 8:00 Tuesday morning.  Josh examined the growth and was able to reassure both the renter and myself that growth was fully on the exterior emanating from the soil and was not mold, but was a temporary fungus that had sprouted because of excessive rain.   Problem solved.  We appreciated Josh’s rapid return of our call and resolution of the concern of our renter.  We will absolutely call on ASAP Restoration again should the need arise.
