After review by the owner, Dave Marshall, he concluded that his company is responsible, due to the issues involving these two employees. They are gone, and he offered me a much better deal. They will come to my home for monthly pest control for the next 6 months for both exterior and interior pest control, and I do not have to pay another cent out of my pocket than what I originally paid through DealChicken last September. So this is good for me as the summer months are approaching. And I know the product they use is good, as they did manage to come to my home 2x in the beginning, and whatever they sprayed outside pretty much did all the grasshoppers and crickets off, as well as got rid of my black widow issue.
I will update after the end of six months from this initial review.
