Brett went above and beyond! He came out the first day after I contacted him, diagnosed the problem, and returned the next business day to not only repair it, but also helped me set up my smart thermostat and repaired a common wire that was not being used but was needed to run the new thermostat. I would highly recommend him and will use him again for all my future HVAC needs!

Initially the interactions and work was professional and punctual. The unit was placed directly at the entrance tot the attic which was not where we had asked it be placed. We had to pay more to have the unit moved after it was installed at the attic entrance, then installation quality issues were noticed such as the wrong method of hanging the unit, bent drain pan, improperly installed drain line, missing pipe insulation, incorrect duct sizing, and incorrect location of supply and return ducts. When asked to come and correct these issues we were asked to pay more money, an additional 1200.00. The owner was defensive and unprofessional when asked to come fix the problems. We decided not to throw good money after bad and found another company instead.

Not only did he get our a/c unit working again, he also evaluated the air flow downstairs and changed the direction of vents to help the air circulate better. He had been out to our house recently to do a yearly maintenance inspection and found that the refrigerant was low and topped it off for a very reasonable value. Because he had been out to our house recently, he did not charge us to come back out to assess the situation. After he fixed the a/c unit, he spent another 30 minutes talking to us about things we can do to improve the air flow and reduce pressure on the system since we have a very large space we are trying to cool. We have used him for about 1-1/2 years for our 3 properties and he always provides top service at a very reasonable cost.
