Jason came out two days after I emailed him and did a fantastic job inspecting my townhouse and even added termite inspection the day before. Jason has already done two other inspections for me in the past and always does a great job. Highly recommended!!

Pretty good. Better than I thought

Jason was great! He went over everything and explained the things that needed to be fixed. He did an awesome job!!

The mobile home home inspection went well. Jason was very thorough and professional. Cost was reasonable but did not include termite inspection. Additional contractors were recommended to evaluate sub flooring issues that were found. Although I am passing on the purchase of the mobile home, will reach out to Americana again.

Jayson took care of my home inspection and was very friendly and experienced. He did a professional job and documented all of his findings in an organized and written Inspection report, including pictures of all the issues that he found. He is a down to earth guy and has intense knowledge of his job. I was very pleased and happy.
