They do limited roof assessment, will not go on second floor.

Jason was amazing. We hired him to inspect what we thought was a maintenance free property. The real estate agent and the public remarks said everything was updated and remodeled. It was a shining star. Apparently he caught a good re-shingling job, the a/c had intermittent problems....the duct work was not attached and the (reported repaired) grading was far from acceptable. His report was extremely helpful because when my lender read it, they forced the seller to prove the integrity of the issues. Jason saved us from a potential money pit. Thanks Jason!
