Our inspector was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. We spent 20 minutes with him pointing out problems we had spotted in this 40 year old home, and asking questions. His 44 page report went into great detail, with photos of areas of concern. Typical, minor problems used blue ink. Red ink was used for problems which needed immediate attention. We trust his expertise and would be happy to use him in the future.

As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to look for or what to expect. I had read previous reviews about Americana on home advisor and all were great and no one seemed to have issues with them so I requested a quote and Jason from Americana got back to me instantly. We went over the property and the pricing was fair so I went for it. At the inspection I was nothing but satisfied!! They gave a VERY thorough inspection of the home and the report was detailed and easy to understand. Jason made me feel comfortable he understood we were newbies at this. I will use Americana in the furture!!
