Jason was our home inspector, He uncovered many things that the current home owner neglected to disclose on his disclosure statement. These were major items such as neither of the two air conditioning units functioned at all, the hot water heater did not work properly, the dishwasher would not even start, the roofs (there are two buildings) were in dis repair and needed much work, all the windows needed to be replaced and vegetation growing and pushing up the roof. There were too many items to list here so we decided not to buy this house. Thank you Jason for making our decision much easier.
