Very thorough, explained everything very well!!

Used this company for the second time. Both times were great experiences. I met the inspector at the house where he provided me excellent detail and led me to the locations of concern. The report was extremely detailed and timely.

The inspector did a great job. He did not take a photo of a possible leak of one of the lines to the pool. This became an issue with the seller. Other than that the inspection was great.

very good walk-through of the inspection with me, explaining key areas of concern and items that I may need to look into. The included termite inspection was less thorough, taking about 5 minutes and missing a few trails that the general inspection found.

I used Americana Inspection Services twice this summer to inspect one prospective condo and one home that I was considering buying. Jason and Randy were very efficient and thorough and had a detailed report to me later the same day. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

We are out of state and they did the inspection and then called us to explain the highlights and lowlights on the condition of the house instead of just sending the report for us to read. That was a good added touch to help us understand everything.

I feel it was to fast of an inspection for the age and size of the house. About an hour is all they took to inspect a 4 bedroom 2 bath 1700sqft 1983 home with a pool. The termite guy they hired left without saying a word to anyone and when we get report it says house had evidence of termites but he gave no one an opportunity to ask any questions about it. All in all if I have to get another home inspection done it won't be with Americana

Jason, our inspector from Americana Inspections Services, was on time and got to work quickly. He and his partner worked efficiently, but were extremely good. Allowed me to follow him around and explained significant points as he found them. Completed the physical inspection in 2 1/2 hours, which was definitely the fastest I have ever had happen. The house had a LOT of MAJOR issues, and Jason's report was thorough, including pictures and thorough descriptions, and was delivered less than 5 hours after the inspection was complete. My personal preference is to be present and follow the inspector around, but even without doing that, from the report I would have been able to get a SOLID understanding of what was going on with the house. I have used a number of home inspectors over the years, and Jason was definitely among the best. Glad to do business with him and Americana Inspection Services, and definitely recommend them to anyone needing an inspection in the Phoenix area. Great service, great work at a fair price.

Very professional and punctual. The inspection report has an excellent format with plenty of technical details and recommendations. I do recommend their services as I a will call them again in my next home inspection.
