He was very detailed in his explanation of his finding in person as well as in the written report that was submitted. He took the time to walk around the home as well as the perimeter of the property to highlight anything that we had questions on. What can I say- Jason is great! This is my 4th home inspection with him. He's easy to work with and is diligent in his inspections. Hopeful there won't be a home # 5 but if there is I'll call Jason from Americana Inspection Services!

We hired them twice when we closed on the house last year. First home they were able to point out many items and we canceled that contract. So thankful since they saved us a lot of money!
