Sergio was amazing - he really saved us from our bathroom remodel nightmare. We had attempted to tile our floor and shower as a DIY and ran into a ton of issues having never attempted such a project. Then the bathroom flooded and we were left with dirty brown grout on the floor in addition to left over grout on the shower walls, bath and tiles from our own install mistakes. Sergio took a look, explained his solution and carried it through communicating w me at every step. He was on time and worked hard to fulfill his promises to us. I couldn't be happier with the results. I really feel like Sergio went over and beyond and would definitely recommend All Valley Floors to anyone who needs tile/grout repair and/or cleaning.
