I paid for pressure washing for removal of pigeon feces from my roof and surrounding my entire house as well as removal of any nests and application of pigeon repellent to keep the pigeons away. This service came with a 7 year guarantee from the company.
Let me preface this description by saying that I have called each of the different phone numbers listed on the invoice, website, business card and online ads and left many messages regarding my issues with zero response. My wife and I have also both sent emails to customer service email address, sales email address and directly tot he owners email address.These guys serviced my home for pigeon removal and repellent in July. The guys came while I was gone and left before I returned and the only reason I knew they were there was because the poop on the porch was gone. There were still birds and bird nests on my roof visible from from in front of the house. I called in person and told the owner (Joe McKinnon) this... he sounded shocked as he had told me these were his best guys and said he'd have them back out to fix it and collect the money. I know it was a hot day (120+ degrees) I know when its that hot sometimes things get missed... but they were coming to fix them and I have a 7 year warranty so I'm OK right? I shortly after that noticed that all the pigeons were coming back... there were so many that they wake my wife and I up in the morning and cover my patio in poop. This continues to go on. So I begun trying to get ahold of these guys again via many methods and have yet to receive a single response for almost 2 months now. AGAIN, I understand that things get missed in that kind of heat but I basically paid all that money to have my porch pressure washed which I can do on my own in 20 minutes for free. What I do not understand is the owner or the employees not responding to a single call, voicemail, email or any attempt to reach out. I have my PAID invoice that shows "7 year warranty" on it and need my roof to be covered in the repellent that I paid for.
