The technician did a great job; HOWEVER, mid day, another employee called, looking for work. The technician was overheard telling him "there wasn't anything for him to do but he can come over if he wanted to". two hours later, the 2nd guy showed and stood around until the job was done. While the 1st technician did paperwork... the 2nd tech DID pick up the tools. Other than that... he did NOTHING!
When bill was requested several day later, there was an additional charge of $105 for the 2nd technician. When we called the office to question the charge, we were very rudely hit with a variety of confrontational and threatening responses, (by BOTH Rich? and Rod?), eg- " What's the problem?"; "What are you whining about?"; "The charge is $900... What DON't you understand?"; "Again, the charge is $900 F$&*ing DOLLARS and I'm charging your card!"
