Almost immediately into the job, there was a surprise. Dave found the dishwasher drain pipe in the wall that needed to be cut down. It is called a "Boston Loop"-installed so the water from the drain can't back up into the dishwasher. It was a surprise and would not allow us to cut down the wall the 6" that we needed. Dave knew a plumber who he was able to get there within an hour. The pipe was cut down, reconnected and Dave lowered the wall. The wall had to be cut into in order for the plumber to lower the pipe. The plumbing work of course was an additional charge/cost, but not paid to All City Drywall. It was between myself and the plumber. Dave is excellent at "texturing walls". Everyplace he repaired walls or patched the wall due to the plumber cutting a hole in the wall. You would never know it was worked on. The texturing was perfect. Did a great job. Very honest and accommodating.
