e found out the difference in water equipment. Recomend them and there service, Lot of knowledge and they are thorough.
The RO Filter was replaced during the scheduled appointment on July 9. They technician took it upon himself to relocate the turn off valve during his visit even though it wasn't requested. I was out of town for a couple of days and went into the kitchen on July 12 and found water on the floor under the cabinet and inside the cabinet. I put a bucket under the RO system to prevent further damage. I called the provider office on Monday, July 13 in the afternoon. I explained to the dispatcher what the issue was. She suggested that I try to find the leak myself and promised to have the supervisor call me back. On Tuesday, I continued to empty the bucket and still waited for a call back. On Wednesday, July 14, I called again and requested a repair visit. The dispatcher told me how I could turn off the water under the sink and again promised to have the supervisor call me back. She then scheduled a repair visit for July 21. I found the turn off valves and was able to remove the bucket. The supervisor, Ashley, called me back and said she would have the technician evaluate the damage.
On July 21, the technician called to come a bit early. He arrived and found the leaking valve and replaced it. He had no knowledge that he was supposed to evaluate any damage. He took pictures and advised that he would provide them to Ashley and that someone would get back to me. On August 18, almost a month later, Ashley Green from All About Water sent me and email, as well as a letter indicating that they were not taking responsibility for the damages. According to her, it wasn't necessary to touch the shut off valve to replace the filters. She indicated that the value wore out due to general fatigue. I replied to her on the 19th informing her that while it may not have been necessary to touch the shut off valve to replace the filter, that the technician had touched it to mount it to the cabinet. Ashley wasn't aware that the valve had been relocated and indicated that she was going to meet with the technician on the 21st and would get back with me.
On August 29, Ashley informed me that they were upholding their original decision. According to her, they did not cause the damages.
Luckily, the wood flooring that we have has a memory feature. After thoroughly drying the floor with fans, and weighting it down, the wood floor damage is barely visible. Unfortunately, the floor of the cabinet is non-recoverable. As is normal with cabinets, it is made with MDF board. Once it was subjected to the dripping water for 3 days, the wood expanded and the laminate finish peeled off.
I would not recommend this provider to anyone. They do not stand behind their work. They do not repair damages they cause. And their timeliness and communication associated with resolving problems is unprofessional.
The service tech, J.Powell showed up on time. He replaced the brine tube assembly and gave me useful information about the water softemer. He was very friendly and knowlegable. Will use him again

"We thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are always happy to hear that a customer was pleased with our services. Joyce and Jeremy (your installer) will be thrilled to hear of your satisfaction. All About Water-Ecowater Systems looks forward to providing you with many years of superior service!"
He forgot to change battery on water sensor and came out back the next day.
We paid about twice what we paid to install the other unit ourselves, but I wanted what I had before... quality and peace of mind. I would recommend this company and product highly.
