Two young men, Landon and Doug,came to my house & were very nice and clean, what a change for a plumber!! The detection company found the leak for them and they stopped off the old leaking water line and rerouted a new one through my attic. The problem was still leaking. So they had to stop off another line and reroute it also. The detection company didn't find both leaks, but I was charged only the original price for rerouting one water line. Great customer service to take responsibility for someone else's mistake.

WE HAD THEM HERE FOR THE WORK AND THEY HAD TO COME BACK AT LEAST 3 TIMES FOR THE SAME REPAIR BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T FIX IT. THEY INITIALLY SENT A YOUNGER MAN WHO WAS NICE, BUT DIDN'T SEEM TO KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY EVENTUALLY SENT OUT AN OLDER MAN WHO DID THE JOB RIGHT. I FELT LIKE THE COST WAS HIGH FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK.
