Now, in 2014, after another severe rainstorm, the ground at the sewer line connection sank about a foot, so I again contacted Above All and spoke with Nancy. She immediately routed Tony (who had just completed another job) to our home to run a camera through our sewer line.
Tony confirmed that there was no damage to our line AND THERE WAS NO SERVICE CHARGE! We are very appreciative that Above All stands so steadfastly behind their work...truly an ethical company!
The pike leak was caused by a nail being shot into the pipe after installing new baseboards. He showed me exactly where it happened, and gave me advice on how to best prevent this from happening when I get the drywall repaired.
I would (and have) recommend them to anyone that has plumbing needs and is concerned about having someone they can trust!
