I CALLED THREE COMPANIES, THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES ABLE TO COME THE FOLLOWING DAY. HE TOOK THREE HOURS TO INSPECT THE HOUSE, THEN WENT OVER EVERY SINGLE ITEM WITH ME, MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AS TO WHICH ITEMS NEEDED REPAIRING OR REPLACING, WHICH HELPED US MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION BEFORE PURCHASING THE HOUSE. I ALSO CALLED HIM LATER WITH SOME QUESTIONS, HE ANSWERED THE PHONE HIMSELF AND GAVE ME DETAILED ANSWERS IMMEDIATELY. HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL, ALSO VERY FRIENDLY.

JIM ANGELINO WAS VERY DETAILED IN HIS INSPECTION, IDENTIFYING AREAS FOR CORRECTION THAT WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DETECT ON OUR OWN. HE IS EXPERIENCED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
