I called Dave because I heard a leak behind the wall in my kitchen. He tried to find it, but couldn't quite pinpoint it. He suggested I call Precision Locating Service to find where it is, before it became a larger problem. PLS came to the house and gave us a pretty good idea of where it was, but couldn't be positive. He and I called Dave to discuss some of the funky repairs that had been done on the house before we moved in, by a previous plumber. Dave actually dropped what he was doing, and came back to the house. After about a half hour of consultation, they found the leak and Dave proceeded to fix it.
The experience was more like neighbors coming together to fix a problem, not just another repair guy. Great experience!

THE PLUMBERS HAD COME OUT TO MY HOME AND DISCUSSED THE APPROACH TO THE WORK THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY HAD DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED.

Dave has done work for me many times over the years and always does a first class job for a fair price. He is on time and professional - although he is not the greatest at returning voice mails - I think it is because he is so busy.
