This company was great. Arrived on time, were professional and courteous, carpets came clean beautifully.

The repair was handled by 2 very friendly people in a professional and quick manner. Since they also do carpet installation, I asked them to give me an estimate for future carpeting which was extremely reasonable. Once I am ready to replace the carpet, I will definitely call them. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Brian was wonderful. Our appointment was scheduled for after 3:00 pm. He contacted me at 2:00 pm, indicating he can be there right at 3:00 pm. He arrived on time and took a quick look around before getting started. There were some heavy traffic areas that needed extra attention. When Brian finished cleaning them, they looked great. The carpets overall look great. It took around 2 hours to complete since there was no furniture.

I have used many other carpet cleaning companies and they have been terrible. They were really very professional, they did a beautiful job and it really looked clean. The stairs looked clean and they combed everything. It work done by them was unbelievable and the carpets looked new.

We had water damage and the capet in the master and hallway had to be pulled back to dry and damaged pad was removed. Dale from A1 came out the next day for an estimate. He was able to located a pad that would match and schedule his crew within a few days. The two men arrived early and were very professional. They moved some heavy furniture for us and got right to work on the carpet. They were done in a few hours. The carpet looks just like is was prior to the damage, except for some stains that we will schedule the A1 cleaning crew to remove.

I've been using them for years. They do a wonderful job cleaning up pet stains. They also move the furniture for you.

I took the carpet pieces to the warehouse. Todd laid out the pieces and measured according to my specifications and chose the pieces he needed to provide what I wanted. There was some left over. I was given a full written quote and a timeframe for completion. I did not pay anything up front. I was called when the job was complete, which was within the timeframe I was promised and the price was the same as the quote. The work was wonderful. The only issue I had was that the work required the carpeting be rolled out on the floor and the backing got somewhat dirty. Since I'm using the pieces on top of my existing carpet, had hoped the backing would be cleaner. However, they cleaned up pretty well after I got them home, so overall I am very pleased with the work!

We recently purchased a square table and were having trouble finding an area rug that was the right size (and wasn't crazy expensive). I visited their office and selected a carpet for the rugs. They ordered the carpet and bound it into two rugs for our game room. After I ordered the carpet I changed my mind about the size for one. I called and asked them to change the size. They made the adjustment. They don't really have a showroom - just carpet sample books in their conference room. Everyone was very nice and I felt like they appreciated my business and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. Todd called me when the carpet came in and had it cut and bound the same day.

Called to schedule the free spot removal they sold me when they had cleaned my carpet last year. They will remove spots for free if I can't get them out with their special spot cleaner. Since I had dirt build-up the key traffic areas I paid them to clean those (up to 100 sf is $100). They were on-time, polite and efficient. They accidentally broke a candle holder and offered me a $15 discount off the cleaning as compensation. The carpet looks great and all the stains are gone.

A-1 Carpets has been my only carpet cleaning service for more than 30 years, through seven remodels and several floods. This company is prompt, neat, caring and efficient. With white carpeting, it is necessary to have carpets cleaned on a consistent basis. However, with their Scotch-gard protection, I have been able to go for longer periods of time with only spot cleaning. Their service people are always courteous and concerned about a job well done. I appreciate the quality performance I know I will always receive from A-1 Carpets.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. I CALLED MANY CARPET INSTALLATION SERVICES AND A-1 CALLED BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY KEPT US WELL INFORMED OF WHEN THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO COME OUT.

DID EXCELLENT JOB. ARRIVED ON DATE PROMISED AND ON TIME. TECHNICIAN AND ASSISTANT WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

GREAT PRICE, BUT THE CARPET WAS NOT CLEANED VERY WELL. THEIR MACHINE BROKE DOWN, AND IT TOOK 8 HOURS TO FINISH. DO NOT USE THEM!!
