24/7 Audio Video

I purchased a complete Control4 home automation system from Adam at 24/7 Audio Video. The service from start to finish was exceptional. Adam started out with meeting me for a consultation at my home to go over my ideas, free of charge. After discussing different options, he emailed me an estimate within 24 hours. He followed up with a phone call to explain the details of the estimate as it was quite confusing to someone with very little knowledge, such as myself....

The installers arrived on time and in a clearly marked company van. They were very polite and kept on task to get the installation completed. The installers were very thorough in showing me how to use the new system and made sure I was satisfied before they left.

Adam followed up with me the next day to make sure I was happy and didn't have any questions.

I am very pleased with the entire process and will recommend them to everyone I know.

The experience I had with 24'/7 Audio Video from the start has been amazing, I was referred by a friend who spoke highly of them called their office and set up a free in-home consultation.. The gentleman that answer the phone ( Cameron) was very positive and upbeat and got me scheduled for Aaron to come out and check out my house.. He arrived at the set time right on time and went over everything with me I received a bid from him compared it to another one I had received (not easily may I add from another company) and decided to move forward with them.. On March 28 Byron and Brandon showed up my door ready to do the work.. They were very neat clean courteous of my dog and got to work right away.. at the end of the day another gentleman showed up (Jeremy the programmer) and got me set up from a new remote.. We had decided to put the equipment in another room out of the way which I really liked so we opt for the new remote and wireless base station.. It's been a couple of weeks and I I wanted other people to know who are interested in having this work done to definitely use this company..from start to finish I give them an A+! The system has been working flawlessly!
