Very good, efficient, timely.

Everything went smooth and our electricity was back on within a few hours. APS was the only hang up. They didn't show on time. Zimmerman had to wait for them to show up so they could turn the power off.

Great! Coming back Thurs to install a home theater.

The provider quickly assessed the malfunction that had confounded me for a year and provided a solution. We have not had problems since he corrected the malfunction. This has given us peace of mind when we are on vacation.

Mark came on time, was good with the dogs, gave an estimate for rewiring some stuff in our attic cleaned up. Planning on using him again in the future.

This is the second time using them and will ALWAYS use them in the future! Previously I had an outlet installed in the garage for my electric car. This time, I had 3 outside lights installed including wiring and installing a switch. I also had them install a switch and correct wiring on a vent fan in the garage. I will be installing 3 ceiling fans and will have them come and install those too!

I informed him what I wanted. Gave him my cell number and had to leave. All items completed when I returned.

The owner handled the job himself. This was the only one of three electrical companies who we emailed that responded quickly to my initial email. He was also available the next day. This was critical because the damaged circuit was for important lights and we had a large group arriving that evening. He arrived on time, took care of the repair very quickly and left the work area neat and clean. I will certainly use them again when we need electrical work.

I called Mr. Mark Zimmerman Monday May 20 and he told me he would be able to come to the house the next day. Mark was at our door at the scheduled time..He first replaced the GFI but noticed it was still not working. He did a lot of checking and found the fault. He replaced the GFI with a regular outlet because there was no need for it at this location. I then asked him to replace 2 bulbs in my security system, which he did willingly. He, then, asked me if there was anything else. I told him that I had a possible faulty electrical switch. He checked it out and replaced it with a new needed one. I was very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

Not comfortable with him in my home. Kinda creepy.

He was pretty good. He did a really good job. He was quick and on time. He even hung around while we were waiting on a part. The price was good.

Mr. Mark Zimmerman fit me in his schedule when I was having a problem wiring a switch in my master bedroom. He came out as promised and repaired it quickly and efficiently. He was very professional in appearance and manners. I will most certainly have Mr. Zimmerman backfor other electrical jobs in the future. I enthusiastically recommend him if you are looking for a master electrician

Performed work on electrical panel and asked to diagnose (trouble shoot) irrigation system. Work was done accurately and irrigation system was fixed. Overall, satisfied with work.

Overall it was an easy and prompt job.

He was scheduled to come out to give me advice about whether I could add electric to a back yard slab before the new patio was poured. He rescheduled the first time but at least called. The 2nd time he was scheduled for 4:00 and was asked to call if he could not make it by then since I had to leave by 5:00. He arrived at 4:50 after calling to say he would be later. He was also to install two outlet replacement which I provided. Before looking at the 2nd one which was outside he gave me the price of $85 which was a lot for 15 minutes of work. When I showed him the replacement outlet that I already had, He used it and didn't offer a reduction in price. I had to leave and let him finish the outside outlet. He left the receipt in the door. He then broke down the pricing and charged $10.00 for a replacement cover which I did not need and did not ask for. The price was way too high when I provided everything and he should have offer less when I handed him the replacement part. Disappointing as this job should have cost no more than $50 and he would have come out for free to give me advice on the patio outlet. I was doing him a favor by giving him the other two small install jobs. I used him due to good Angie's list reviews. :(

Mark was excellent. He was prompt, professional and thorough. Was patient with our barking dogs. Final price was even below estimate. Definately will use him again for future projects

They were average, some of the switches are crooked. They are good.

the initial installation was done in a timely manner. The tech was professional and appeared to know what he was doing. However he failed to test that the thermostat was working properly. It was determined after he left that the heat was not going on when it was being set. We called the company and set a time for them to come on and review the situation but it was going to be several days before they could. When they came out they realized what the problem with the installation was, corrected it, and everything worked fine. Mistakes happen and because they corrected their error, I would definitely use them again.

after purchasing certificate for service, company advised I was out of their service district even though their company was listed when I entered my zip code in searching for service. Had to call Angie's to get refund for my certificate
