Tom returned my Saturday call within two hours. He offered a Monday morning appointment as his first. After explaining my sense of urgency in needing my computer to be fixed, he offered a 10:00 Sunday appt. He arrived exactly on time and took less than one hour to diagnose my problem. He asked if he could take the computer to his shop in order to repair it as soon as possible. He called two hours later to report that the computer was fixed and he would be bring it back to my home to set it up.He explained that he needed to use a slightly used part in order to repair it right away. He called the next day to inform me that he would replace the slightly used part with a new part if I would like at no extra charge including his labor and travel time (from Surprise to north central Phoenix). This service was outstanding and his price was less than half the price of other computer services. Tom is very knowledgeable about computer repair and also builds custom computers. Rating is an 11 !
