TLC-Tony's Lawn Care & Svc

The service is very good.  Always on time and willing to do what every I need them to do.   The are friendly and helpful in everyway.  Just what I wanted in a yard care service.  They call when there is a problem or for example when I had the back yard blocked by some  remodeling going on they left me a note letting me know they would return on Friday and do the work.   Very professional.  I would recommend there service to everyone.

I feel that any company that would not appologize for an incident and try to make it right is a company I dont want to deal with in public, let alone at my home. I also feel that having to fight to get a $105.00 refund is outragous. While on the property to do the lawn we had to point out to them what needed to be done. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

For almost a year, service was wonderful. I had no complaints at all, in fact had recommended TLC a few times. Then after the winter grass was sewn in Nov, they came back only infrequently to check on it and mow. But, stopped altogether just before the holidays. I wasn't too worried because of the holidays but I have called numerous times over the past 10 days and no response. It's a shame really but I have to move on and give TLC a final grade of F.

I had a mess with my sprinkler system and the work that had been done by my others to fix it had only made it worse. It was hot and I was worried about the grass. I called TLC on a Saturday morning and left a message. My call was returned within a hour and Tony and his crew was here in about 3 hours. They got the system fixed as much as they could for that day. At least I could get some water on the grass. I was told they would go get parts and return on Tuesday or Wednesday and they would call me to let me know. Just as promised, I got a call and they came back on Wednesday. They finished the system and also did some other work. I have hired them to come out and care for the lawn as the season progresses and also to do some landscaping and such.I find Tony and his crew to be wonderful. Tony is honest and easy going and nice to speak with. They call when they say they will, they do what they say they will do and they do good work, what more can a person ask! I am very pleased and I finally feel like I have someone I can trust to do this work. I had been looking a long time. In the past all the people I have talked to wanted much more money or did not do what they promised. TLC gave me good value and good price for the work done. I highly recommend them.

In the more than 5 years we have been working with this company we have never been disappointed. TLC can easily be counted among the finest small-businesses in the Valley of the Sun. Extremely high integrity, quality service, and consistent in his business practices on all levels. There has been a comfortable trust built between ourselves and TLC and, even though we have subsequently given him carte blanche related to repairs and maintenance to our irrigation system, Tony never does anything without communicating first. Everyone is always clear as to the expense and the work involved.
Tony communicates well, has a relaxed yet professional approach and always follows up when there are questions or concerns. His pricing is more than reasonable for the quality of service provided. Using TLC is not a one-shot deal for us. We can speak from a long-term, highly satisfied experience and can recommend TLC unequivocally as being a service we will continue to use going forward. There is no way we would use anyone else sans some unforeseen personal disaster (puutt puutt -- salt-over-the-shoulder -- go away bad juju).
Tony is simply, by far, the best there is and we look forward to continuing our relationship with his company.
