I called this provider for a quote on a general clean-up of my front yard's landscaping.  He asked me to send him pictures of my yard, which I did.  He called me back and we agreed that he would clean up my front yard.  He also suggested that the 3 bushes and a small tree be removed from the yard.  He quoted $175 and then agreed to do the entire job for $150.  The job was initially scheduled for Friday morning.  He then texted me and told me that he could show up on Wednesday instead.  I thought..."great, lets get done!" The next morning he texted me back and told me that he would not be showing up until Thursday.  His crew showed up to my house and began the work promptly.  When I returned home after the initial work was done, I found that there was still debris in my yard from the removal process.  I called him and told him that the guys did not clean up after they finished clearing out the items that were agreed upon.  He had a crew come back to the house to finish their job the next day.  However, when I returned home, there were still leaves and other debris that should have been removed with the completion of the clean-up process.  I texted him with my complaint that the guys did not complete the job yet again.  He went back and forth with me regarding the agreed upon services, for over 30 minutes via text.  He told me that he would never quote a job off of pictures...which is what he asked for from the beginning of our communication.  Long story short, he told me that "He didn't agree to a complete clean up. He said "Shame on you...you know very well what we agreed on.  He went on to say that he has 9 years in business and a perfect record is not going to be ruined because of me."  I am extremely disappointed at his customer service.  Buyer beware on this one...he does not perform the agreed upon services...especially when charging that kind of money. He sure did not treat this disabled veteran well at all.
