I've been working with computers and computer users since 1982. I started this company in 2011 in Surprise, Arizona. There is no surprise that everyone wants good computer service. Everyone wants their computer to work. That is what we earnestly strive to do to every client's satisfaction. We are completely mobile service so there are no excessive fees to pay for an expensive retail store front or warehouse. We are structured to help you where your computer is so you don't have to take it apart, haul it somewhere, or wait in line. You stay in your home, we come to you, answer your questions, and work with you to resolve all your computer related needs.

Although the game problem was resolved, Steve installed a card to try to ensure that my game and any future games would run well. He went above and beyond my expectations in checking out and educating me on all my questions. I appreciate his expertise and great service.
Description of Work: This is a second review for Surprise Computer, because I am pleased with Steve's follow-up service, and want anyone looking for a dedicated and conscientious person to take good care of their computer, he's it. After I had the new computer Steve had built for me, and after my orientation visit had been done, I had a couple of questions and I thought I had a problem with one of my games.

I definitely recommend Surprise Computer. The most important thing to me when it comes to my computer is trust, and I trust Steve. Plus, he must know what he is doing. I needed to upgrade from XP to Windows 10. Steve built a computer for me that does everything I need, and for my convenience, he took the extra time to put it in a format as similar as possible to my old computer. Before he did anything, he explained everything, and he delivered exactly as promised in just a couple of days, also as promised. His pricing is very fair. He is the only person I want working on my computer, and I feel very confident about recommending him.

Excellent ! "Surprise" indeed that there is still a company that IS integral, proficient, timely, knowledgeable, accommodating, patient and VERY reasonably priced. How refreshing to find a high quality service company in this cut throat, selfish, greedy world we live in. "Surprise Computer" has been around for a long time and will be the last and only computer service you'll ever need!!

Steve has done a great job. He knows what he is doing, He is thorough in what he does.He is punctual and professional. And, Steve is reasonable in what he charges.
Description of Work: Steve has been working with the computers at Desert Streams Lutheran Church and several of its members for a couple of years. He's rebuilt our computers, cleaned them up, worked with our WiFi system and printers.

Steve was very professional in his approach and had my PC up and running in a very short time. He explained what procedures he had taken and what I could do to prevent another occurrence.

It was very good, very happy with him. In fact I am going to call him again for more work on my wife's computer. I would recommend him.
Description of Work: He did several things, I have 3 computers, one of them kept shutting down he fixed that after going through everything. Installed new wifi and modem as well as reprogram my wife's computer.

I have worked with Steve as he solved many IT problems that just seem to crop up whenever I used the computers extensively. When I put things together, I didn't always follow the installation instructions. Steve is quiet and deliberate: First he had to figure out what I had miswired and then he went to it and fixed the problem. He wasn't "flying by the seat of his pants". He carefully and deliberately looked at what the various difficulties could be and methodically eliminated them one by one. Then he went right to the source of the problem and it was fixed.
Description of Work: I have 3 computers and use Streaming Video. I had a "laundry list'' : This computer was so slow; that computer kept loosing the internet connection. And then there was that router Ii kept getting error messages on the computer (I needed an updated, current router---problems solved. I also a remote that handles several devises (T.V , amp and speakers and streaming video and I just couldn't get most of that to work. Steve took the "multiple remote" and very shortly had it working perfectly. My Partner was having trouble with her computer---it kept shutting down. It took Steve some time to locate a deeply imbedded "Trojan Horse", but he did--- and then removed it. Steve also left us some software as a way of doing Preventive Maintenance.
