Brad was a true pleasure to work with! Very responsive to my initial call and came to give an estimate within an hour of my call! Very professional and punctual. Pricing was fair. His prices were not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but we chose Southwest Sun Screens due to their positive reviews online and Brad's responsiveness. Installation was done within a week of ordering. They forgot one screen, but was promptly delivered within one week. Very happy with our new sunscreens! Highly recommend!!

Brad was very quick to respond to my initial query for an estimate and came by within 2 days to give us the estimate.  Due to workload, we were expecting the install to occur probably in April but he was actually able to have the work completed two weeks after he gave the estimate.    Brad & Patrick showed up on time and worked straight through without a break for two hours and completed all of the work.  The security doors & sunscreens look fantastic.

Brad was very nice and easy to work with. He did not try to over sell me on anything. My home is older and none of the windows measure the same. He took exact measurements of the windows we agreed on and in a week they were installed. They look wonderful, are already making a difference in the amount of heat reduction, and are a quality product. I will recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Installed a 3 piece sun screen for the window in our Arizona room.  Bradley was always punctual and called if times changed. He always returned calls if I left a message.    We are very pleased with the work.

Brad was on time both for the estimate and called early to install; got a nice written estimate and they take no money until the product is done, installed and to your satisfaction!  Would recommend and use again.  Very professional company

I received an estimate on Monday and the sun screens were installed on Saturday.  They look great and meet the HOA requirements.  Since it was a warm weekend, the difference was noticed immediately in the rooms that have new screens.
The estimate was performed thoroughly and I was provided some different options on price and products.  
The installers arrived promptly and the installation went smoothly.

Brad came out on time for the initial appointment to do the measurements and give me a solid price. He is very professional and respectful. Within a few days he was back with my news screens, ready to install them. I have to tell you this experience was almost zen like, no pressure to buy more screen, obviously I have more than two windows in my home and both Brad and his partner were polite and a pleasure to do business with. Have I already said that, doesn't matter I can't stress it enough because I have done business with so many companies over the years and hands down, this was the best, of the best. I will be calling Southwest Sun Screens back in due time to add screens to the rest of my windows. If you're looking for suns screens, look no further.

I called and left Brad a voice mail which he returned that evening. We scheduled an estimate for a couple of days later and he showed up promptly. He was wonderful to deal with. I explained that I wanted the 14 year old Builders Grade Sun Screens replaced and that is what he gave me an estimate for. I love dealing with Angies List service providers. They give me just what I ask for - no selling up -no selling extra -no pressure. We discussed what the new frames would look like and what I could expect by choosing the 90% screen option. I didn't pay anything until my beautiful sun screens were installed just 5 days later. Brad was gracious enough to get the installation done to work within my schedule. They really give the house a fresh look and with a 5 year warrantee I could not ask for more! Thanks Brad!
