We live out of State. Sonora cam out within 2 days. The technician met with our Realtor promptly and the designated time. The problem was assessed and corrected the same day. I was emailed the paid Invoice clearly documenting the resolved issue. The transaction was handled quickly and professionally. Very fair price.

I hired this company a few years ago to repair valves in my irrigation system that had broken and was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise they exhibited on the service call. Also, I felt their prices were very fair and did not try to "upsell" on additional services/items, that I did not need. On this service call, they repaired 3 leaks in the water lines. Again, the price was fair and they did a great job putting the rocks back when the job was completed. I appreciated that they were able to come a day early due to another customer's cancellation. This is a company that runs on great integrity and fairness.

From estimate to completion, Ryan and his team were perfection. A few examples: They took pictures of the placement of flower pots so they could be replaced exactly. They invited me out at certain stages to photograph the line placement for my records. Ryan programed the irrigation timer, discussed it with me and then noted the schedule on my invoice for future reference. All materials were high quality and expertly put together. Once they were finished, they raked, swept and hosed everything down. The yard looks better today than it did before they arrived. Hands down, the best irrigation company out there. Their attention to quality, communication and detail sets them apart from anyone else I have used in the past. Their pricing is reasonable and I highly recommend. I will use them when I replace everything in the back yard!

Ryan was great to work with. His team did an amazing job on time and with little mess. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

I don't think this service call could have been handled any better. Roan was professional, knowledgable and courteous. He explained everything that needed done and reviewed all items upon completion. We were very pleased and will rely on these folks for any future irrigation needs.

They are top notch! Hector and his crew were awesome. They all knew what to do and had everything done in two days. They cleaned up and put everything back so you couldn't even tell they were here. This is a great local company that does what they say they will, they explained everything and even suggested we take pictures so we know where everything is in the future. I was greatly pleased with everything.

From the initial meeting to the final run through, the entire operation was seamless and professional.  They promised me that when they finished I would never know that a trench had been dug and my yard disrupted. They were good on their word and I was amazed that I couldn't tell where a pipe had been laid from my front yard to the back.  The person who oversaw the estimate, installation, etc was very patient and helped me formulate the plan for my back yard, providing suggestions for the best way to provide water coverage.  He was honest and provided ways to save money without cutting down on quality. The work crew was very professional and courteous and extremely neat.  As mentioned previously, I never knew they had been there when the job was accomplished. I am very happy with the results, the price and professionalism I encountered.  I will definitely call them again for any future landscaping issues.

Sonora showed up on time, did the work in the window promised, and left.  Everything works as they said it would.  They cleaned up after themselves.  The entire process was very pleasant.  I never felt pressured or hassled.

Initially, they made a bid that was too high and I declined.  Later on, they came back with a bid that was cheaper and I went ahead with it. The work was phenomenal! I loved their workmanship and the quality was excellent.  It was about 7 workers and they all were working. It was very refreshing to see everyone working.  You're able to control how much water each plant receives. In fact, they were the one that told me how much each one need and set it!

It was awesome! I wanted a schedule 40 drip system to replace the cheap original drip system that had been installed by the home  builder, Ryland homes. I got estimates from 4 different contractors and Ryan with Sonora was the cheapest and also estimated the system exactly as I wanted. No cut corners or inexpensive components (A bulletproof system that should last for many years to come)

Their bid was professionally presented and it was also the cheapest! I had them do the work and I honestly expected them to leave the yard in some sort of disrepair or mess because of the extensiveness of the work. I have a 1/4 acre lot with 6 fruit trees in different places, and a lawn and numerous southwestern plants and trees. The yard is covered with a lot of rock and also has a couple of retaining walls that they had to work around and dig under. The job took 3 days, and when it was all completed, I couldn't tell that the rock had been moved and could barely tell that they had dug 2 different trenches in the lawn. (As the lawn fills in this will disappear in a couple of weeks) Really the only way I could tell that I had a new schedule 40 drip system in my yard was there are now the new heavy duty heads at each plant and tree. (Even a few extras in places where I might add a plant)

I've only been in the Valley for 4 years and have had a lot of different contractors do work on my home during this time. The people that Sonora had work at my house were top notch, pleasant and just all around awesome! what a pleasant change from many of my other previous experiences! I heartily would recommend Ryan and Sonora Sprinkler Co for any yard project you might have!

Very well.  Very happy with service.

The tech was great, he listened to us and then gave us suggestions on fixing the irrigation valve. He checked to make sure everything was working before he left.
