Our air conditioning system went out last night and I called this morning for an emergency repair. The dispatcher said that the schedule was full but that they would try to get the AC guy out to my site. He arrived one hour later, diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in 20 minutes. This turned out to be a no charge warranty repair. Thank you Singletary !

I had just moved my 91 year old father into a house in Sun City and of course the main plumbing line got clogged. After dealing with the home warranty plan who said it wasn't covered because we had no ground level clean out and another plumber who didn't know what he was doing, I search and found Singletary Plumbing. Got ahold of them and they sent Moses out within a few hours (one call ahead of me) and he proceeded to clean out the clog and inspected the main line, and replaced the toilet that the previous plumber had removed in his failed attempt at clearing the line. Moses was courteous, knowledgeable and went the extra mile.... even helping to catch my dad's dog that got out as he was leaving! I will continue to use them, it's hard to find a reputable, honest contractor, and I'm pleased to have found one!

Excellent. When we requested an estimate, Randy showed up right on time and helped us decide the best unit for us and what the cost was. He answered all our questions completely. There was no upselling, which we've encountered with some other dealers. We considered the price very reasonable and scheduled to have him install the a/c. He and the equipment arrived on time, and work was begun right away. The results were exceptional. Not only is Randy a very personable guy who's easy to talk to, he's a great worker. The new unit was installed to perfection and works great. We got a thorough indoctrination as to what to do and not to do with it before he left. Also, our garage was as clean when he was done as it was when he got there. All in all, a very pleasant experience and at a very reasonable price.

The valve to the icemaker had copper pipe which made it almost impossible to pull the refrigerator out. The wall board needed to be cut to replace valve and the copper was replaced with plastic piping.
The washer valve was pretty straight
forward.
Joey was congenial and willing to explain what he was doing and why.

They were very punctual, had all the right equipment and the right people to complete the job. They were very neat and didn't mess up the house nor the garage where they were working. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

This did not go very well overall. There were no issues after Singletary initially completed the work. However a couple months ago the city suddenly shut off the water to my whole house. I called the city to ask why and they informed me it was due to excessive water consumption. I initially had no idea what the city was talking about but eventually traced the issue to lawn irrigation. Therefore I called Singletary Plumbing to investigate the lawn irrigation system they revamped last year. Singletary Plumbing came to my home and found one of the water valves they revamped was stuck in the on position. I wouldn't have noticed this because the actual mechanism to shut the valve was in the off position. Singletary Plumbing fixed the valve and left. When I later received my June and July water bills they totaled just under $1000 due to this excessive water consumption. I called Singletary Plumbing to see about obtaining compensation for these excessive water bills due to the stuck valve they installed. Singletary simply told me there is nothing they can do for me and now they no longer respond to my phone calls. I spoke with a lawyer and learned it would be difficult and expensive to pursue legal action to receive compensation from Singletary Plumbing. Overall, I would like to see Singletary stand behind their work and provide some sort of monetary compensation to me regarding this issue. It also is important for others to know about my situation before looking to hire Singletary Plumbing.

"I'm very sorry you're upset,[member name removed]. According to your statement above, and our company records, we installed this valve 14 months ago and it's worked flawlessly. As SOON as you called us with a problem, we fixed it SAME day at NO CHARGE. The valve was allowed to leak for 2 months before we were called in. We had no way of knowing the valve had malfunctioned. A tiny rock had lodged inside the valve and caused it to stick in a partially open position. This is common, can happen anytime, and is beyond our control. (We actually replaced the valve with a new one, even though it was fine after we removed the rock.) The homeowner must be aware of the sprinkler/irrigation system, or hire a gardener to do it for them. We are plumbers, and were not hired to do routine maintenance in your yard. I wish we had been called the first month the water bill was too high and the second month's bill could have been avoided. I can only wonder how long this would have run if the water company had not physically shut off the water to your place! On your behalf, I called Epcor, the water company, and asked them to forgive a portion of your bill, but they don't do that anymore. I explained all this when we spoke on the phone three different times. Again, I'm sorry you feel this is our responsibility, but I honestly don't believe that it is."

I am a relatively new Arizona resident and am in the process of establishing a core of craftsmen I can count on. I have used Singletary plumbing on two or three occasions and have been very satisfied. The water heater installer explained in detail to me the things that need to be done to check and maintain the water heater Their prices were competitive. They respond quickly to my phone calls, unlike some other area plumbers I have tried. I will certainly turn to them first in the future.

I have used Singletary Plumbing in the past for repairs in my former home. This spring I called them to do some repairs when I moved into a new home. When I initial called I spoke with a very friendly and professional person. I was given an arrival time range (2 hour spread) They arrived timely ( staff of 3) , identified problems by checking everything related.
I was given a price for service and repair (very fair). The work itself was carried out very professionally and friendly enough you felt You Being A Customer was Very Important To Them. They adjusted all sprinkler heads, replaced several, repaired broken line pipe and reprogrammed timer control unit in an efficient manner, explained everything to be, cleaned up and told me to call if I had any further questions or problems. The service entire service took about an hour. Any service company could take a lesson from these folks - beginning with answering the the telephone through saying good bye THANKS for finding them for me.

Normally I would repair my own toilets, but had recently had back surgery so called Singletary Plumbing as I had used them previously on my irrigation valves. They did a excellent job both times and will continue to call them for any plumbing jobs. Didn't realize at them time, they also do A/C and Heating, but have never used them for HVAC.

The plumber came out right away even though we live pretty far out. He went into the bathroom, activated the flush lever and WOW !! It was fine! I expected to be charged for a service call but when I asked what we owed he said, and quot;nothing.and quot; I would absolutely call them again!
