The valve to the icemaker had copper pipe which made it almost impossible to pull the refrigerator out. The wall board needed to be cut to replace valve and the copper was replaced with plastic piping.
The washer valve was pretty straight
forward.
Joey was congenial and willing to explain what he was doing and why.
The clog was opened very quickly at a reasonable price. They were punctual.

"I'm very sorry you're upset,[member name removed]. According to your statement above, and our company records, we installed this valve 14 months ago and it's worked flawlessly. As SOON as you called us with a problem, we fixed it SAME day at NO CHARGE. The valve was allowed to leak for 2 months before we were called in. We had no way of knowing the valve had malfunctioned. A tiny rock had lodged inside the valve and caused it to stick in a partially open position. This is common, can happen anytime, and is beyond our control. (We actually replaced the valve with a new one, even though it was fine after we removed the rock.) The homeowner must be aware of the sprinkler/irrigation system, or hire a gardener to do it for them. We are plumbers, and were not hired to do routine maintenance in your yard. I wish we had been called the first month the water bill was too high and the second month's bill could have been avoided. I can only wonder how long this would have run if the water company had not physically shut off the water to your place! On your behalf, I called Epcor, the water company, and asked them to forgive a portion of your bill, but they don't do that anymore. I explained all this when we spoke on the phone three different times. Again, I'm sorry you feel this is our responsibility, but I honestly don't believe that it is."

I was given a price for service and repair (very fair). The work itself was carried out very professionally and friendly enough you felt You Being A Customer was Very Important To Them. They adjusted all sprinkler heads, replaced several, repaired broken line pipe and reprogrammed timer control unit in an efficient manner, explained everything to be, cleaned up and told me to call if I had any further questions or problems. The service entire service took about an hour. Any service company could take a lesson from these folks - beginning with answering the the telephone through saying good bye THANKS for finding them for me.

The plumber came out right away even though we live pretty far out. He went into the bathroom, activated the flush lever and WOW !! It was fine! I expected to be charged for a service call but when I asked what we owed he said, and quot;nothing.and quot; I would absolutely call them again!
