Description of Work: Have a home warranty and toilet was leaking. This company had fixed it approximately 2 years ago so had them come back. I had already tried changing out the flap and told the plumber. I also told him it took about 15 minutes for the food coloring in the back of the bowl to show a leak. He simply replaced the flap and said he was done. He said he couldn't see a leak and I told him I could never see or hear anything until I put the coloring in and that I was planning to do that right now. He left regardless and after 15 minutes my toilet bowl was filled with green water from the food coloring placed above. I called the company back and they told me that he couldn't come back today because he had other jobs.... despite the fact that I told them I had taken off 1/2 a day to get this done. Certainly not much in the way of quality, responsiveness, or customer service in my book.
