Renova Remodeling

So this was my FIRST Angie's List purchase and I gotta say I was extremely happy with the outcome. I purchased this for my Mother's house since a bolt had fell from her Garage Door ceiling bracket and it was a fairly old Garage door so i figured it could use a little love. I bought it on the weekend and forgot to call to schedule, the owner called me the following Monday to check up on me, which I greatly appreciated. The owner was down to earth and professional, a combination you rarely find at some businesses. The Owners brother came to service the Garage the next day and, according to my Mother, the service was nothing short of perfect. She said he quickly tuned up the garage, fixed the bracket by re-bolting into the stud which apparently wasn't the case prior. My Mother is one of those picky customers, she'll be nice but if she doesn't like the work she'll let you know; so her approval meant it was great. I would definitely reccommend them again. Thanks guys!

On time, polite, professional, fast, efficient and thorough.

The outcome is a gorgeous kitchen. The time took a little longer then expected, but this was due to the granite company. We would definitely hire Scott and company again.

The owner of Renova kept a personal interest involved throughout the project.  We explained to him what we needed and our budget
and he came in with several cost effective options including substitution of materials.  There was some time delay in completing the project because of tile sampling and stock on hand.  The only thing we would request different is getting the counter tops ordered earlier as this delayed the project by almost three weeks. Over all his workers were extremely polite and very skilled.   The quality of the work for which we paid was exceptional. Even when we made a mistake on the paint color his worker was able to resolve the problem and still not lose any time on the project.  On the next major project we will be calling Renova first.

My neighbor hired Renova to paint her house around June of 2013 with an Angie's list coupon. They did such a great job, and at such a reasonable price, I called the owner,  Scott, for a quote, and he painted my house for the same price he charged my neighbor.

All the guys at Renova are good people that truly care about the job, your satisfaction, and they are not afraid to go the extra step for you. Scott's brother power washed my house, and he offered to take a look at my garage door unit (one of their many specialties) while his machine was cooling off at the end. He greased up the screw drive, sprayed the springs, and made a quick tweak that solved a sticking issue I have had for years at no charge. The painter, Casey, was also impressive. He took the time to go over what I needed done, and spent the time needed to get the job done right. He is a very skilled and knowledgeable painter, not to mention a hard worker. I was impressed how he took the time and gave me pointers on how to touch up and maintain the house over time. The owner, Scott, is very customer focused. He is wants to ensure your satisfaction with a job well done. There was a small miscommunication on my part, and Scott made it right for a minimal fee. I couldn?t have been happier with the experience and I am telling everyone I know to contact them if they need paint work done... I am a very satisfied customer!!!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal and I purchased two of them. They came out within a week of purchase. They did a great job. They were very professional. He actually wanted to do more work than we wanted. I told him he didn't need to be that in-depth and that I just wanted a room painted. He said they needed to tape it off and do this and that. We told him just to slop some paint on it because we had to get someone moved in. He worked with us because we had a resident that actually lived in the room and we had him rush more than he wanted to but he accommodated our needs.

I love Angie's Deals, so whenever there's something that needs done I use the service. My garage door had been a bit slow so I called in the Renova deal. Lou said he'd be over in 20 minutes. He was here in 17. He set the rollers, and fixed where the original installers had completed the work improperly. He even gave me a new garage door opener that works better than my old one.  He was very personable, polite, and efficient. I'd definitely call them again!!!!!!!!!! The wire was fixed in 5 minutes with no charge.  Would definitely use again and recommend.

The gentleman was quite helpful, he went above and beyond what I was actually expecting. I had no complaints with them. What I did like is he went above and beyond what was required in the outline of work that I had paid for and I had some other questions for him and he gave me some good advise as well.

I found Renova with an Angies List Big Deal coupon. For 449.00 I could have two painters for 8 hours. I called Scott, the owner, and described what I had in mind.. that I needed someone to professionally paint the exterior stucco on my home. I had already taken care of the fascia, garage door etc. but I do not have the right tools to give stucco a proper paint job. Scott came by the next day and took some pictures to send to his painter. He called a couple of days later with an excellent price and I said lets set this up! Scott showed up himself to pressure wash the house and the next day Casey was here to expertly tape, mask and paint my home. I could not be happier with the result. You can see the pride Casey takes in his work, his last step of the day was to walk around the house with me to see if there was anything missed that needed a touch up. The professionalism, value and quality aside, what I REALLY appreciated was that both Scott and Casey listened to what I wanted done. I wanted the stucco painted period and that is what they gave me. What a lovely experience to get just what you asked for and have a beautiful result at the end. Now that I know Scott's Team does so much more, I will definitely be using them for a tub to shower conversion I have planned and who knows what else I will dream up but I know that I'll give Scott the first call. Do - if you are supplying the paint for your project, get the best you can afford. I bought a high end paint and primer in one. The resulting finish looks amazing and Casey was so pleased that his paint sprayer did not jam once during the job and was a breeze to clean up.

He was honest, straightforward and educated me; he came when he said he would.

Renova has been my contractor of choice for many of the home improvements I have needed or wanted done to my home. I have always had first class service and felt like they valued me as a customer. I can highly recommend Renova for just about anything you need done to your home.

I was happy with the work they did. They showed up fifteen minutes early and everything went smooth. Our new door looks great and works very well. I would gladly recommend their services.

ALTHOUGH THE OPENER INITIALLY WORKED GREAT, WE HAD A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH IT ONE DAY. WE WANTED TO LOWER IT SLIGHTLY ONE DAY AND WHEN WE PUSHED THE BUTTON TO STOP IT, THE DOOR CONTINUED TO CLOSE AND LANDED ON THE BUMPER OF OUR CAR AND JUST KEPT GOING. THE ENTIRE DOOR BUCKLED AND A SLIGHT RIP DEVELOPED WHERE THE AUTOMATIC ARM ATTACHED. THE FIRST REPAIRMAN TO COME OUT SAID IT HAD BEEN ADJUSTED IMPROPERLY AND READJUSTED IT. HE SAID HE WOULD TALK TO HIS BOSS ABOUT THE DOOR REPAIR. WELL, IT'S BEEN 4 MONTHS, NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS, 3 SEPARATE REPAIRMEN AND STILL NOTHING. NOW THEIR PHONE IS DISCONNECTED AND OUR DOOR IS STILL A MESS.
