Pool Care Plus

sweeping the pool moved into a rental house and notified my land lords the pool was green, very green. They were very surprised as there was a pool service that came every week to clean the pool and balance and add chemicals. After several month of watching the pool guy test the water with a test strip (which he threw on the ground), add a gallon of what I assumed was chlorine than leave ,I called the land lords to report that the pool looked like a swamp and that the cleaning guy wasn't even sweeping the pool. I asked if I could fire the company and clean it myself as I knew I would do a better job and not waste $90 a month doing so. My land lords agreed but told me to call the company and ask for the key for the gate back and to send the remaining balance on the account back to them. I called a few times and left messages about both with no response. I still don't have the gate key back and my land lords are still out their months that were prepaid.
