Paul the owner is the absolute worst for customer service . I asked him 1 question via text about a pool problem . He called me at 8:30 pm (I'm paraphrasing )about how dare me text him that late about an emergency and me wanting immediate answers ! All I did was show him a picture of my pool step over Labor Day 8/24 and the current picture 5/6/25 and I asked "what is going on here"? We all know u can answer a text later ...... u can silence ur phone. Another incident . I had a guest call about a heater problem . So I called Paul . Such a lovely man ..... he says I'm on vacation! I said ok do u have someone u can recommend? He decides to go over . There was nothing wrong . So he complains to me about how he had to go over there and nothing was wrong and he was on vacation ! He had the option to not take the call. He also got paid . The guy is not nice and he loves to gaslight people . I'm giving his company a 2 because Aaron his son went above and beyond for us when weekly servicing . Lastly Paul also told me to take my business elsewhere after the texting incident . There is a reason it's only $125 a week . Take ur business elsewhere .

We have used Plan B pools for the servicing of our pool for over 2 years. Service was initially ok, but significantly deteriorated in the past 6 months. Our family came to visit and we used the pool and 3 of them received a chemical irritant dermatitis, including one who was burned on his legs, back, chest and face. Had someone else come check our pool and our chlorine level was 60, our ph was about 10. It was as if we didn’t have a service at all. I reached out to the owner, Paul, to share my concerns and all he said was “sounds like you need to find a new pool company” and as I was asking what could have happened, he hung up on me. I would not recommend. We lost two weeks of service from them, but more importantly we lost the rest of the week’s use of the pool with our family during their vacation. Extremely unprofessional handling of a problem with a customer.

Paul has been maintaining our pool for over 5 years and we couldn't be happier. He knows his stuff. Our pool is always crystal clear and clean. He helps us keep our costs under control by recommending the right products. We would, and do, highly recommend his services to all our friends and neighbors.
