Exceptionally well. Kevin recommended a mortgage company that was top notch. He always let me know where we were at in the process. I would definitely hire him again.

It was a great experience Kevin found us a wonderful home in Buckeye and according to Kevin's word, our sale qualified for his free moving program AND free Home Warranty- Kevin was actually able to get the seller to pay for the warranty, so it didn't cost him but he did promise to pay for the warranty if he couldn't get pay for it. He actually put it in writing in a Buyers Agreement. The move went great, however the men did show up 20 minutes late without a call which was a bit frustrating. But the men were very professional, fast, and courteous- The move was horrendous and took two trips in a huge truck and took 9 hours. There was very little damage and hardly worth mentioning, and may have been there already. The guys put plastic wrap on most everything and assure me  it would be padded and or shrink-wrapped and it was. The best part of the deal was seeing the 895.00 bill marked NO CHARGE FREE MOVE CLIENT on the Service Contract- It should be noted that the last company that used us charged us almost twice that and used the same amount of men and 2 trips- In all fairness to the other guys the move was about 20 miles further than this one. We don't plan on moving again but we highly recommend Kevin and his crew Robin Justin and Dave- Kevin has been there for us when we had questions and advice for our kids, and has always been a real stand up guy. 

The property was in much need of TLC, but Kevin was able to see the potential of the property and marketed it accordingly.  He gave me much valued advice to attain an appraisal which I did and then he marketed the property accordingly.  He gave me his professional opinions along the way, but did not pressure me to make any specific decisions.  I really appreciated his professionalism and personal integrity.  I would be happy to recommend him.
