Mr. Rekey Locksmith of Phoenix

Before we employed this company in Phoenix we asked if there would be a problem with mailing the new keys to us in Canada.  Answer was no.  The work was done on August 3....we didn't receive the new keys until Sept. 10!!!  We had emailed them numerous times during this time as to where our keys were...first it was claimed they had been mailed shortly after the work was done.  By the third week in August with still no sign of them we phoned them on Sept.1.They said there had been some problems with customs so they were mailing the keys again.  When we finally received them in a cardboard envelope it was very disconcerting to see that they included in their return address  "Mr. Rekey"  which clearly indicates what is in the package.  But what was really alarming was the original paper envelope contained within the cardboard envelope that they had attempted to mail...postmark Aug. 31....it was a window envelope that displayed the invoice & anyone handling it could see the address where the locksmith had changed the locks. And you could feel the keys inside.  I would never use these people again.  Not trustworthy....a locksmith who can't keep track of keys.

Showed up on time, rekeyed the doors no problem. Was very pleasant and completed his work with no bother and in short order. Left me with 4 shiny new keys to my new house.

I just closed on my new house and Mr. Rekey was able to come out to the house and change all of the locks the day I took possession. They were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again if/when needed.

The contractor arrived exactly on schedule, which was important since I had scheduled him for my work lunch hour, he was professional in attitude and appearance and performed the work quickly. He also noted that the one door knob did not function properly so he repaired it at no additional charge

Locksmith was punctual. Originally had 4 locks to work on , the locksmith found 1 more in my new house which he pointed out and rekeyed too.He was very courteous, introduced his helper , and even made lock recommendations when i had concerns about additional security. They were in and out in less than an hour. Excellent service and pleasant techs. A+

Julie Vargas was very professional, friendly, and courteous. She was patient and did not get frustrated when one of the screws holding in the lock was stripped and also very punctual.

The young man who performed the work was punctual, courteous, and friendly. It took him quite awhile because 2 of the locks were not the same depth as the others, and therefore he had to rekey the others again. Nevertheless, he was very patient and diligent and got the job done. Everything works great, and the same key opens all 10 locks.

I called them up, they said they would be here here between 9-1, he called and he was here at 8:30. It turns out that my lock was dusty, so he put some oil in it and the key came right out. He also oiled my back door as well and cleaned them up.

Excellent service, professionalism and estimate - costs were exactly as quoted. Was able to re-key all exterior locks the day after I called.

Everything went fine. They were very prompt and efficient.

We had set up a 4 hour window for the job to be completed. Agent contacted us within that time frame and gave us a call approximately 10-15 minutes prior to arrival. The agent was very personable and explained the work as it was completed. He was very helpful and professional. The job was completed within the time frame requested. We would definitely recommend Paul for any future locksmith needs.
