Project went very well. Both Manuel and son, Brian, are very professional and skilled painters. They spray painted my 2-car garage door and three security doors. This is not an easy task. They took the time to prep the areas then spray paint very well. I recommend them highly.

I called the phone number listed on Angie's List. Angie's voice said, "Push 5 to be connected with your service provider." It rang and rang then went dead! Next I tried the number on M & B Painting's website. Again, it rang and rang and never went to voice mail. I tried calling twice without success. Despite positive reviews, if I can't reach anyone to get an estimate, I move on to the next company.

As good as it could be. Manuel and Brian showed up every day as scheduled, including a Saturday. High quality and low VOC paints were used as specified in our contract. Work was done very meticulously. Cabinet doors were taken off and spray painted at their location to avoid getting any overspray in the air in our house and to avoid any mess outside our house. (My wife has chronic asthma.) Both Manuel and Brian were professional and friendly. They also did an excellent job in cleanup. We plan to have them back later for another room or tow and several additional cabinets. We couldn't be more pleased. No effort to try to increase contract price.

I used them around April. Prior to that I also used them in 2014. They were excellent. I appreciate the service, they're honesty. They provide options and pricing. They explain pros and cons. Provided prices that were appropriate. They were clean. Good price. Great communications. They are also local business.

It turned out very well, my wife and I are very happy. I will be using him again for exterior work.

I just can't say enough about this father and son's work ethic. They were professional from the very beginning with scheduling an appointment for a quote down to the finishing touches. They are both extremely friendly and detail-oriented. They took their time helping us choose the colors and their meticulous work created perfection. I will highly recommend them to every person I know and suggest that you contact them if you are seeking interior or exterior painting.

They did an excellent job. I was out of state at the time and Manuel kept me up to date throughout the entire job. I have nothing but good things to say about the job they did. Prompt, professional and thorough.

Manuel and Brian are superbly professional, detailed and caring in their work. They are the owners; estimators; and painters—so we knew exactly who was going to be working at our home. Before preparing our estimate, they examined our property thoroughly, took the time to explain exactly what would and would not be painted. They told us, and showed us, exactly how they would treat light fixtures; hardware; windows; door frames; equipment and foundations during the painting process. They also gave us many options, including not only which brand of paint to use, but the quality of the paint by grade, and whether to include our exterior doors; security door; metal gate; and block-walls—in any choice of paint we wanted. The garage doors were included with the house. M&B’s estimate was written as a contract, and it detailed every option to which we had agreed, including paint brand, colors, number and grade. Before we hired M&B, we checked the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website and saw that their ROC license and insurances were current, and that they had no history of complaints, or any other issues (unlike some of their competitors who were unlicensed or whose license had expired). We also visited their website, which provided photos of many impressive jobs they’ve done in the past that were bigger than ours. M&B priced their services comparably, and gave us more services and high-quality, personalized results. During the painting, Manuel and Brian were careful with our property and considerate of us. These are a few of the reasons we chose M&B, in addition to their responsiveness; professionalism; courtesy and friendliness. They stood out far above the other five companies we had contacted, in all ways mentioned above. They cared for our house like it was theirs, and their work is beautiful—our house looks new again! We highly recommend M&B.

A perfectionist!!!! We changed the colors inside the house and Manuel did a great job. Lines were crisp and straight, clean, prompt and has a great demeanor. I have and would hire Manuel again.

Manny, Brian, and team were phenomenal. Great company and people to work with - genuine, prompt, efficient, friendly, fair pricing, and great quality. Pre-job Manny completed estimates and walked me through paint options highlighting quality and money saving opportunities. They painted he exterior of my house 4-years ago and it still looks great. I recently re-hired them to re-paint several rooms inside and scrape the popcorn off the vaulted ceiling. Again, excellent job. I have recommended them to family, friends, and co-workers; and will contract them for future painting needs.
