Lowe's Companies - Surprise

Description of Work: For many years I have been a frequent customer at this Lowe's, spending thousands of dollars for improvements on my home, but when I went to the paint counter on the 26th of February I couldn't believe my eyes. There were 3, yes "3" gentlemen standing within the paint counters who very easily saw the 4 of us standing there with paint swatches in hand. These 3 gentlemen, including a manager, COMPLETELY ignored us, not even acknowledging us by simply saying "we'll be with you in a moment." For quite some time they just conversed among themselves until WE had to ASK for assistance. One gentleman then separated from the other two and with a dirty look and HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, reluctantly and with one word answers, took our request of a couple gallons of paint to be tinted and walked away. NOT even telling us when it would be ready. After spending some time in the garden section we passed the paint counter on our way to pay for the paint and misc. items and again noticed that the same 3 men were once again ignoring more customers. We know this because when we walked passed, we heard the customers speaking about how upset they were about the lack of service. All these men had to do was take 2 seconds to acknowledge their customers with a kind, "be with you in a moment." That's it! Then help the customers, who pay their paychecks by the way, or get someone that CAN help them in a timely manner. We were treated as if we were a nuisance. We're DONE with Lowe's.
