If I could rate Koala Roofing more than 5 stars I would! What a fabulous experience from start to finish. From the quote to the completion of the job. I wanted to be proactive and replace my roof before any problems arose so I was looking for companies to come out and quote a full replacement of the underlayment. Deanna was professional and informative, indulging all my questions and giving me clear specific answers. She came out and did an free examination of my roof and provided a quote within a few days. The quote was clear and detailed. She also provide me with information on warranty time frames for the material and labor. I decided to go with her company and was scheduled to have the work done in a couple of weeks. I was very pleased with the workers that came, they were very considerate and kind and worked hard and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Deanna was there to check the work multiple times. I highly recommend this company! You will not be disappointed!

In this busy rainy season, I couldn't get a roofer to call me back and if they did they were only interested in commercial roofing. Deanna Moro, Owner of Koala T Roofing, called me back and bid the job for a roof leak. I know absolutely nothing about roofing, so she took pictures, showed me what was going, and explained what needed to be fixed. She also advised me that in the future I'd need to have the roof replaced, as it was more than 25 years old. It was my choice as to whether or not I wanted just the repair or a completely new roof. I opted to replace the entire roof and avoid any further leaks. Koala T Roofing's rates were reasonable and competitive. The job was scheduled right away. Deanna said the job would take 4 days and they exceeded that schedule by a day. Her crew was professional, on time, let me know when they arrived, let me know when they were leaving, and cleaned up after themselves each day. The roofing crew took great care in getting the job right the first time. They also pointed out improvements and advised me of any issues they came across while doing the work. Deanna and her crew were very responsive to any questions I had along the way. Awesome job! Give them a chance if you have any roof issues. I highly recommend them.
