JGM Pet Doors

Excellent! Don't got anywhere else for a dog door. They are amazing to work with. Very professional and responsive. The quality of what they installed was very good and to top that they offer a great warranty as well with your purchase. A few months afterwards, one of my puppies chewed up part of the flap and when I contacted JGM they cheerfully sent me out a replacement at no charge (this is part of your first year warranty that the product comes with). I waited several months to try to install it myself, but wasn't able to get it to work properly. I called them up offering to pay for the install of the replacement flap and they said it would be no charge since it is still within the 1st year of purchase. That is great customer service. They have a fan for life now!

Everything was great, until we noticed two days later that the installers has left all the garbage from the install in our FRONT YARD in front of our gate. Very poor professionalism. Tipped the installers $20, wish we hadn't.

I was very pleased with the installation.  The pet door functions beautifully and it is both energy efficient and nice to look at.  My overall experience was great and I have already recommended them to others.

They were very professional and showed up on time. They were very fast, I was really surprised how quick they were. He even saved the old material and let me know that he could re-install the wall in case I decided to pull the pet door out. He was outstanding, very nice and kept a very clean work area.

I initially contacted JGM when I saw one of their trucks at a red light one day, knowing I needed to finally get rid of that hideous patio door insert and wanted to see what the pricing was.
The gal who answered the phone was nice, knowledgable and knew her stuff. Gave me the NTE price right on the phone - no surprises! Which is awesome!
I put it off for a few months and kicked myself for it because I could not remember who it was, but after much searching I finally found them again and boy am I glad!
We had an odd spot in the house in which we were not sure if the door would work/fit. The customer service rep (Jeanie I think) walked me thru it and because the measurements were very tight, offered so send a tech out the next day (Saturday even!) to measure.
Measurements and location were determined and they were on the way to building me a custom door to fit my black lab down to my Frenchie.
They called an hour before arrival, we clean, courteous (especially to the pups!) and left the place cleaner than it was found.
I am impressed - I am in sales for a living and it takes a lot for me to take the time to write a review - A+ guys and nice job. You have a great crew who really make you shine in every way!

We needed a doggy door that would go through our glass french doors, so the standard in wall types wouldnt work. Someone recommended JGM to me, and I sent an email for an estimate, and received a reply within 24 hours . The next day, their installer came out and measured the door. He gave us a firm date that the work would be done. On the day of installation, they called to say they were on their way. The door went in smoothly, looks fabulous, and the dogs love it. They were professional every step of the way and made it so easy. They even donated part of the purchase price to the Animal Rescue that I foster for. Thanks!

The installer called me 1/2 an hour before he arrived as a courtesy. He showed up at my home exactly when he said he would. He did a great job installing the door and took measures to insure there was no mess even though he cut a large hole in our wall to the outdoors. He even gave me the material that was removed from the wall so that it could be reinstalled if needed. It is a high quality product that we have enjoyed since. I think my favorite part is that he installed carpet in the space between the inside and outside flaps. I'm sure my dogs appreciate the softness!!
