The first bathroom was completed very quickly, but the second was slower than planned.  There were some communication issues.  He did an excellent job on walk-in tub.  It was very nicely done.  There were some accessibility issues that needed to be addressed, including widening the doorway.  The toilets were different than I was hoping for.  They met the ADA requirements but was little too short.  He was very honest about what he did.  I would encourage anyone interested in using this company to make sure you communicate all issues, concerns, and ideas with the company.  

The tub went in on schedule as promised. There were two tile pieces that cracked, but Keith had found pieces of tile and marble from other jobs he'd done that were close enough to blend in with the existing stuff. He cut matched to fit, and I'm no longer sure which tile is the replacement one. As usual, everything was picked up and you can't tell that any work was done in the area. All garbage, dust, etc. was gone before he left the site. He demonstrated use and called back today to make sure things were working. I'm going to check back with him mid week in case there are any problems or questions. This is not my first experience with him. We had spent over $15,000 having a bathroom remodeled by a high end construction firm and were not happy with the built in tub. We had asked for a "jacquzzi-type" and had a "jetted" installed. They referred Keith to us as their expert to give us an estimate as to what it would cost to get what we wanted. After a careful inspection, I asked him how he would have done the job as we were having problems. He said he probably would have used an on demand water heater and done several other things structurally. Since this would have saved us a significant amount of money in hot water costs and provided a much more stable result where modifications and repairs could be done easier, it was obvious that we'd hired the wrong bunch. He gave me a quote to get things fixed. I asked him if he'd do it if it were his decision, and he said "No.". At that point, I said, "When I'm ready to work on my kitchen, I'll call you. There's a lot of plumbing lines that are going to have to be moved and I need someone who knows how things work". The kitchen project was difficult, but the results were amazing. I deeply regretted leaving that house and moving into our new one. Since then, he's done all of our modifications that involve any plumbing and coordinated any other efforts by other specialists associated with the projects. So far, we've needed to have lines moved in laundry rooms, major portions of the kitchen changed and will probably rehab the entire kitchen and master bath within the next 2 years. I will call Keith and have peace of mind.
