I would refer him; it is really hard to find a doctor here. I was really pleased that they were able to see me right away. Their office environment is pretty basic. Their billing and administration is really good. Everything is computerized. I was really surprised. Not only can you go online and see the status of your insurance, what you owe and all that kind of stuff and the payments, but they actually have a robot call that calls your residence and tells us to please go online and check this because the status of payments have been updated. I have never had that before so that was pretty cool.

I submitted a previous report, that while I thought Dr. Horrocks was great, his staff was awful.  I returned for an urgent back problem, because he had already seen me before. I decided to be upfront about how awful the staff was and was pleased to find out he got rid of the problematic women, and replaced them with two new ones. I assumed it was because he had had other complaints. The environment is still not super friendly, but it is greatly improved from my other experiences. He asked me to let him personally know the next time any of his staff don't perform their job (It took three phone calls over a three week period for me to get the results of a blood test).

When I had made the appointment, the receptionist did not indicate that I wanted an adjustment, so not enough time was allotted for my appointment to include one. Dr. Horrocks worked in the adjustment between his other patients because of their error.
