Home Inspection
Mr. Berry arrived on time. He seemed confident and experienced, and conducted the inspection in a professional manner. After his inspection was complete, he went over his findings with us making sure that we understood what he discovered. He also gave us a binder containing the complete report, with pictures, that detailed his findings as well as what was not inspected.

Home Inspection
I used Horizon to do a home inspection, twice. Mr. Berry came out and didn't seem to know what he was doing. Said we had issues with our roof, faucet in the kitchen, fixture in bathroom, and outlet in the courtyard that he pointed out. These issues were not current during his last inspection. And even, a couple of the issues were due to his own error. Mr. Berry was not consistent. He was obnoxious and seemed to have the answer to everything. This caused us to spend more money for people to come check these issues out.
