I would not use this company ever again, not that you call and get a answer anyway.  But on the off chance that they answer the phone, buyer beware.  I have contacted Groupon to complain about them not reviewing the companies that they offer discounts for.  I checked Angie's List before the Groupon purchase but Green Star HVAC was not listed.   I did a google search and I am not the only customer who took advantage of the Groupon and was extremely unhappy with the Green Star HVAC.  Customer service is not a strong point, but arrogance is. It is obvious from our experience with these people that they care nothing about their customers, only about how much money they can get from them. I attend to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Registrar of Contractors.  In my opinion an F rating is too high for this company.

UPDATE:  I am most upset now after Greenstar HVAC's response using the words a "little dirty between the Member and our technician", "side deal", and "a twisted stretched lie".  I was told by Greenstar's technician when they finally called after hearing from the credit card company that the technician Scott who had come to the house to do all the work had taken a very good job in California and was no longer with the company.  However, my very first complaint call about the filters made weeks before, was answered by a nice girl who said Scott no longer worked for the company.  I did NOT have any side deal with the technician and am most insulted that I did and am accused of lying.  I was also told by Joe when he finally made that return call after the credit card company contacted Greenstar, that the reason for not returning my calls was their phones were not working.   So why did he admit that their phones were not working but on Angie's List, he states he "made numerous time to contact the Member".  Now seriously, if Greenstar protects and cares for their clients, wouldn't Greenstar apologize and try to resolve the problem?  I guess it is easier to call the client a liar and a person who does dirty deals.  By the way, the technician Scott, said that one of the parts was under warranty from Lennox and that part was going to cost less.  I didn't ask for any deals or discounts!!!  I ordered filters at the suggestion of their technician, who made a mistake in the filter size, and I just wanted Greenstar to do something.  They were to send someone out to look at the filters and call back to let me know when.  Then NOTHING.  No phone calls returned, no Greenstar phones answered.  Now I am thinking all types of bad things like maybe I didn't need all the repairs.
So I simply wanted out of the five year maintenance agreement which they have agreed to.
Response from Home Remodeling of Arizona LLC
"Greenstar HVAC tried numerous time to contact the Member due to the fact that she had left a message about her filters she had purchased. On our work order (invoice ticket) there was only the five year agreement and the worked performed there. The work performed was a run cap, manuel seal to two runs, and a meter, there was never at any time Filters. After doing a little dirty between the Member and our technician at the time, I found out that she was making a side deal with our technician. I really noticed this because our invoice ticket was very low in charges for the work done at her house. I don't know the exact deal the Member and our technician had but I do know that when we found out about this we fired that technician and the Member received the filters in the mail. The filters where the wrong size so the Member wanted us to refund those filters for her, which Greenstar HVAC can not do because our company did not order those filter. We went back and forth about those filters and will told the Member the same answer. Greenstar HVAC answers the phone calls and message that come to our office. We protect our clients and care for them as well. We are embarrassed of this matter written and posted on Angie's list as a twisted stretched lie."
