Jason cleaned the carpet in all the rooms and tile on the main first floor. We have approx. 4,200 SqFt of flooring so this was a huge task. As always, he did an excellent job, is professional and guarantees satisfaction or he will come back and correct. We have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past with not so great results. We will continue to use him for our floor cleaning services.

Jason came out and explained everything. There were no surprises. The carpets look like new. I also had him do the tile and grout and they also look great. There was a stain he was unable to get out, but he had told me up front he was not sure it would come out. It still looks a lot better. He offered to wave the $40 additional for the stain, I split it with him. He was professional and prompt. I will definitely use him for my next cleaning. He does what he says, he said if I noticed anything after the carpet dried to let him know and he would come back and take care of anything he did not get the first time at no additional cost. And although the cost was great, I am a controller so always looking for a better price.
