+ -1 moreIt went very well even after a few inadvertent mistakes were made, they owned and repaired it. I value service over anything else. They removed a 20 year carrier system, and installed a brand new 5-ton Amana (US made and supported) AC system that came with a lifetime warranty on the compressor and air handler. Additionally, they installed a new APCO X UV air cleaner on the new and older Trane air handler to kill bacteria and viruses. Finally, they installed surge protectors as well as safety flow switches on both AC systems to ensure the system is properly draining (and not leaking) condensation.
