Grand Paws Animal Clinic Inc

Asked the vet to check my dog and he did not follow through. They are more interested in making money not you or your pet. I am going to find another vet.

Sat around for 35+ minutes for my dogs appointment only to be met with vague guarantees that I was next up and just a few more minutes... Left without services being done. No punctuality whatsoever.

I have found an absolutely fantastic vet. They are absolutely the best vet I have ever been to. I have recommended them.

He always has good people working for him. He's wonderful. They call to make sure the baby is doing good and asks if there's anything they can do. They are very reliable. They have several doctors but I always use Dr Sink because we've been using him since he started.

This is my fourth time at this clinic and all 3 of the vets I've seen have been fantastic.  They gave top quality caring medical care, taking the time to answer my questions.  The support staff are great. I feel like my pets are in good hands when I go to Grand Paws.

I just moved here and I find that the doctors are expensive here, even my daughter paid more for her check up.

They are very compassionate and caring. Very gentle with the animals. Dr. St. Clair is very patient he listens well and responds with experience. My dog was feeling better by the next day.

They're absolutely the best veterinarian I've ever been to. They called the day before and confirmed the appointment. It wasn wonderful. They were wonderful people. It was a happy atmosphere. The price was much cheaper than here at home. Quality and responsiveness were A+. They were right on time. The whole place was outstanding.

I checked out Angies List as I just moved here. I'm so glad that I did and went to Grand Paws. The staff was so kind and friendly. Dr. Crofoot was fantastic. He was patient and kind, very informative. He really took his time, listened to my cats chest, listened to me about her symptoms. He let me know that from what I was describing, it sounded like she was on the tail end of fighting something off and that he heard nothing out of the normal in her chest. In the end, he did not recommend any treatment and he let me know to call the clinic if I have any more questions. I was not charged anything for this visit. I will definitely be coming back with both my cats when and if they need any care.

I have been there three times to date: once for annual physical and vaccinations. They also did a blood panel to establish her levels for future reference. It was excellent. The doctor was lovely and the staff excellent. This year I returned wit h a possible urinary tract infection. She was symptomatically treated with antibiotic but with recurrence of symptoms one month later I was advised to return for further tests which we are currently undergoing.
While the clinic seems to be always bustling with animals awaiting their appointments, the facility is pristene and immaculate [it was in the older site as well] regardless of the number of clients waiting.
The staff is always courteous and kind. The vets [I have worked with two] have been very clear, direct and honest regarding their assessment and steps to take to further and better assess the issues at hand.
This has been a lovely find for me since my arrival in Arizona. Thank you Grand Paws.

He did a thorough exam and determined that Punkin had Giardia an intestinal disorder cause by the organism Giardia lamblia. The doctor said he also had a sinus infection. He gave me 2 prescriptions one for his tummy and one for his cough. He also cleaned his anal glands, which were empty. He put Punkin on a food for dogs with stomach and intestinal trouble. He is now good as new! We recently moved here from Washington, I had a Veterinarian I'd gone to for years, it was a small town vet the kind you don't see anymore. When I walked into Grand Paws the atmosphere was like my old vets office, then after I saw the doctor I knew I'd found my hometown veterinarian. I would highly recommend Grand Paws they are wonderful.

As others have said, I will not change vets. Yes, the waiting room is crowded at times, because the practice has grown so much, and they are dealing with that by looking for a larger facility. When you find a doctor you like, do you change doctors because others like that doctor, so the waiting room is crowded?
Dr. Sink and the other vets have always taken good care of my cats. They are caring and compassionate. Dr. Sink always takes the time to discuss my cat's condition, and any options. He listens to my concerns, and doesn't ignore them.

They do not charge for another office fee. They are always great as far as inexpensiveness and honesty. I like working with them. They were fantastic. They take care of cats as well as dogs.

He was a very nice person to talk with and discuss your pets. We really enjoy going over there to see him.

Dr. Sink is an excellent veterinarian. It's always busy when you're there, but for very good reason. They are extremely friendly, very professional, and really care about your pet.

The Vet was very gentle and caring with my favorite pet. I would recommend them to anyone. They didn't overcharge me, in my opinion. In fact, they don't charge you for your first visit which is a consultation visit if you have no emergency that is. They performed the operation on Lucky and it turned out to just be "fatty tissue", thank God! Lucky is happy and so am I. Lucky had his stitches removed yesterday (4-18) and he still is wearing his "protective bell" around his neck so that he doesn't open up the surgical wound but one more day and we can take it off and start playing again!

Their punctuality is great and so are their prices. They get me in right away; they are real friendly and clean. Their location is closer to my house than my previous vet. They really helped me out on a pet emergency so I can't say anything bad about them. I will use them again in the future.
