Dan was prompt and extremely courteous as we worked through the Master Bath Remodel quotation process. During the remodel, he was very detailed and ensured that everything was in place and available or scheduled for completion of the remodel. The job took two weeks and Dan performed each part of the job with an eye on completion quality requirements. When Dan was finished with the remodel everything was inspected for high quality and there were no signs that he had even been there except for the beautifully remodeled bathroom. Gold Star Handyman performed with such excellence on the first job that I invited Dan back to replace the sink valves in the remaining bathrooms. Glendale water is not friendly to the plumbing hardware. Dan was able to remove the old and install the new faucets so that the home had matching plumbing in all of the bathrooms. Dan is very professional, yet very friendly and very easy to get along with. He is extremely talented, always on time and makes sure the work is done extremely well. The sink he put in looks great and has really made the kitchen look much better as the old sink was really looking very worn. All the work on the sink was done with the new pipes and disposal all cleaned up. All the work was done and old sink place out where I didn't have to worry about moving it. Just a great overall job. The cable was left poorly by Cox and I had to use wifi which was very bad because of Cox not providing a strong signal. Now I can actually watch TV with cable without always losing part of the feed. He put it in so it's not noticeable and doesn't affect the carpet. Just another instance of the professionalism and talent Dan displays. Can't recommend anyone any higher as you can't go wrong with work quality or cost with Dan Cahill.

We were very happy with the price and the quality of the work. Aside from some mutual scheduling issues, everything went well and we would definitely use him again. They tried to keep any dust and debris to a minimum and were very conscientious about making sure things were completed to our satisfaction.
