Energy Master

It went wonderfully. Wish I could give  you more "details". Glenn came on time, did the PM work and then agreed to install the 2 thermostats that I had recently purchased. In the meantime, these two vets shared "war stories" from way back when.
Job done---on time; job done--- with complete professionalism.
If I ever need HVAC   or water heater installed, I'd call on Glenn without any hesitation.

The serviceman came out and installed my solar attic fan in abut 45 minutes and I am pleased with the placement and efficiency of his work.  The only hiccup with this provider is that we had to re-schedule couple of times because of his work schedule and he did not have the fan in stock when I purchased the deal.  Once he had the fan in stock he called and came out and installed with very good service.

I signed up on line for an Angie's List "Good Deal" and contacted Glenn of Energy Master to schedule a date for the installation. Because of the heat of the summer, Glenn asked to schedule for an early morning time, which was fine by me. I had an additional complication, as I had scheduled ankle surgery for shortly after I signed up for the Deal, but Glenn was very accomodating of my schedule, and we set a date for when I was able to be mobile enough to monitor the installation.
Glenn arrived on time, explained the installation process, and was done faster than I anticipated. He was efficient and cleaned up after himself properly. I asked him a variety of questions on other energy efficiency ideas for my home and he was very willing to take the time to educate me on options for improving energy efficiency. He impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism and I would not hesitate to use him again. (I asked and he will be providing me an estimate for some additional work on my home.)

We called Glenn late Thursday evening when our AC suddenly quit.  He said he could be at our house Friday afternoon and was.  He came early afternoon and immediately diagnosed the problem.  Fixed quickly and for a reasonable price.  
We also discussed installation of several tubular skylights (had them in our previous house and loved them) and plan to have Glenn do the work.

We've been using Energy Masters (Glenn Youngblood) for a few years now.  Our first opportunity was in the dead of summer and 115 degrees when our AC died.  Glenn was out that morning, assessed the problem, drove into Phoenix to get the parts, and we had AC by 5 pm -- all under warranty for the most part.  Since then, we've utilized his company for annual AC & Heating system check-ups and also had him install a solar-tube skylight in our kitchen which is absolutely fabulous! 
We highly recommend Glenn and his company.

This has been a poor experience with Energy Master.
