Desert Landscape Creations showed up on time, did an excellent job and were very professional. I spoke with the boss himself and he was great. They really made sure I was taken care of. I have zero complaints for this company.

We told and showed him what we wanted.  He came back within a week with a written plan, the cost of our project with the itemized cost of each plant, rock, sand, dirt, and when he would start and the length of his work.  His estimate and work were right on the money.  Instead of a two day project, he finished it in one long day.  He returned several times the next two months to check on his work and if we were satisfied.   Beautiful work and an honest landscaper.

Desert Landscape Creations did exactly what they said that they were going to do for the price that they estimated and they finished the work in one day. The whole interaction was good. They were easy to work with, honest and good.

Set an appointment, Dan showed up on time and prepared to do the job based on the information in our phone call. Gave an estimate, I hired on the spot. He did the repairs, checked the systems, and left. I would absolutely use this service again. They are on time, professional, and proficient.

Although they did what I asked for they did not do the job I expected. I would not use them again. One guy was on his cell for most of the time and the owner was going to leave and go to another job. I told him he had said he would be here for the entire job. They were anxious to leave and I had to ask them if they could do a better job "blowing out some of the landscaping" They did one small area and then they left.

I arranged for the bricks and new yard rock. Dan arrived on time with his helper and worked long hours to get the job done, even working half a day on the 4th of July. He took great care to match up new tiles with existing, even though all we could find were slightly different in size. The new plants were carefully planted and have thrived. Everything went very well. The completed job is great.

Dan came out and did a preliminary estimate. We talked about what I needed, which was mainly removing all the dead plants, leveling the yard, planting some new bushes, putting in a drip system for those bushes, and laying down rock. There was some other odd work, like removing a satellite dish stand and a concrete slab. We wanted a walkway that ran all the way from the patio to the front gate. He suggested that we purchase the pavers for the walkway and he would pick them up for a small charge. Then his guys came out and did the work. They did a really nice job, they cleaned up everything. They generally kept things very clean and tidy throughout the 3 days they worked in my yard. I had gotten an estimate from another company and they would have charged over $1500 more than DLC.

Absolutely delightful - Dan ran the operation himself, recommended the right materials for the job, ordered the correct amounts in all cases, and did a fabulous job! After our original estimate we added several items, and Dan actually came in below the estimates! He had to cope with a rare 3/4-inch rain in the middle of the job and worked around it very well. I would (and WILL) hire him again for future investment properties and our home - plus I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I would highly recommend Desert Landscape Creations. I appreciated the fact that I was able to work with Dan throughout the entire process, he did the estimating and installing. They worked hard to do the job right. The curbing accidentally got damaged and Dan made sure that it was fixed immediately. He also returned promptly to add another valve and re-adjust our sprinklers when we discovered some areas of our lawn were not getting watered. We really appreciated this attention to detail and the incredible customer service we received. Another thing, they are an extremely responsive company. They return calls promptly and are willing to help with any questions. The end product looks incredible and is even better than we imagined. We are extremely satisfied. DLC is a reliable, upstanding, professional company that I trust and will definitely use again in the future!

The experience was great! Dan sketched a design, explained his ideas, answered questions, effectively managed the project, and completed it on schedule. Customer service was great; he had to order lights, but we didn't have to make any calls to get the lights installed after the rest of job was complete- he took care of it.
