Don and his crew were very prompt, polite, and professional. He showed in 3D on his laptap the projected outcome of the landscaping job. This included, synthetic grass install front and back, paving and installed low wall around my tree as a nice resting/seating area. They also did my sisters' whole landscaping front and back. From start to finish, Don and his team were great. I only gave Don an abstract description of what I was looking for, and a few days later he presented a 3D design that perfectly encapsulated what I wanted. When it came time to do the work, the team was great and operated with very little disruption to my regular routine, and the final product was done just as Don drew up, and just as I had imagined. My backyard is dramatically different from the dirt and rock landscape I started with, and I couldn't be happier.

Wow! What a difference a couple of weeks make! Don and his Team did an Amazing job in our backyard! It went from just dirt to a Very peaceful, relaxing and Beautiful backyard with a firepit and built in BBQ, among other things. ... I hired Don to pull my weeds, trim my big tree and lay rock around the house. I was out of town, but was able to see the quality of work being done from my doorstep camera. The guys pulled a few weeds here and there, tried to kick some out of the ground and then just blew the yard. I guess they were expecting to lay the new rock over them and I would never notice. When I returned home, I saw a ton of weeds that had not been pulled, my tree not trimmed the way we discussed and a ton of debris left around the house. I contacted Don to have him come resolve the issue, but he told me you can not get all the weeds without spraying... except I hired him to pull the weeds because of the organic environment I have created. When I mentioned the tree, he said he would take 150 off the job because he did not want to have to send his guys all the way back here. I then proceeded to send him pictures of the weeds that had not been pulled on the side of the house... which was the main reason I hired him in the first place. He said he would take another 100 off of the price instead of fixing the issue. I am very disappointed in the service I received as I was looking for someone long term to handle my landscaping needs. Now I am tasked with resolving the issue myself after forking out $760
